Payment by card
Items in stock are instantly reserved.
Except exception, a complete order (stock) before 15h will be shipped the same day (or next business day).

Payment by bank transfert
Items in stock are instantly reserved.
Your order will be sent on receipt of your payment if all items are in stock.
Except exception, a complete order (stock) before 15h will be shipped the same day (or next business day).

Items available on order usually arrive within 1 to 4 working days, we do our best to minimize this delay.
We will contact you if there are delays and we can find a solution together in case of emergency.

As soon as your order is sent, an email will be sent to you including your invoice, a link to follow the shipment and other informations.
If you have chosen the pickup, we will contact you as soon as all items and your payment have arrived.

The history in your customer area allows you to check if we have received your payment as well as if your package is in preparation or is sent (tracking parcels included).

>> Transport

We entrust our shipments to the company DPD which is a very reliable independent carrier.

The carrier will come up to 3 times in case of absence, but ideally, it is necessary to be present from the first presentation.
You can specify another delivery address when ordering as the place where you work for example.

Pick-Up
You can pick-up your order on appointment, simply choose the "pick-up" when ordering.
But it is not possible to pay at our office !

Our service provider for card payments is Ogone.
Ogone is one of the European leaders, security is total.
You can pay by card with confidence !

You have the choice between two possibilities : - Payment by bank transfer on our Belgian account (Fortis) or French account (CIC).
- Payment by card, accepted cards : Carte Bleue, Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

If you pay by card, a 1.3% surcharge will automatically be added to the total to cover the transaction fee.
